How to Enter

✅ Eligibility: Open to kids and teens with Type 1 diabetes who have checked out Camp Sweeney, are eligible… and want to attend for FREE!

✈️🚗 Transportation: Transportation is not included. You are required to transport yourself to and from camp.

✅ Step 1: Join the Juicebox newsletter, form below.
✅ Step 2: Email me with a short description of why you are entering.
✅ Step 3: Follow the podcast on Apple Podcast, Spotify or another podcast app. - INCLUDE A SCREEN SHOT OF YOUR PODCAST APP IN THE EMAIL TO ME.

✅ BONUS ENTRY: If you leave a review on Apple Podcasts you’ll receive two entires in the drawing.

Your entry is not valid without all three steps. If you are already following the newsletter with the email address you are entering with; that step is covered. If you are already subscribed to the podcast; that step is covered, just send a screen shot of your app.
